For most residential homes, we recommend professional cleaning 2-4 times per year — typically in spring, summer, fall, and after winter. However, this can vary based on your property's location (near trees, busy roads, or industrial areas), personal preference, and whether you're planning to sell your home. Commercial properties often require monthly or quarterly service depending on foot traffic and building type.
Not necessarily! For exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home. We'll simply clean your windows and leave them sparkling. For interior cleaning, we do need access to the inside of your home. We're happy to work around your schedule — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all available. For rental properties, we can coordinate directly with your tenants.
Our cleaning solutions are designed to dry quickly and resist rain spots. However, if you experience heavy rain within 48 hours of our service and notice spots, simply give us a call — we'll come back and reclean your windows at no additional charge. That's our streak-free guarantee in action.
Absolutely! We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but completely safe for your family and pets. Once the windows dry (usually within 15-30 minutes), there's no residue left behind. If you have specific concerns about allergies or sensitivities, just let us know — we're happy to accommodate special requests.
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. While same-day service isn't always guaranteed during peak season, we often have flexibility in our schedule. Pricing varies based on several factors: number of windows, type of cleaning (interior/exterior), number of stories, screen cleaning, and current condition. Residential exterior-only cleaning starts at $150. Full interior and exterior cleaning starts at $250. We provide free, no-obligation estimates before any work begins. Commercial pricing is customized based on building size and requirements.
Yes! We offer several discount programs: 10% off for seniors (65+), 15% off for first-time customers, and 20% off for customers who schedule recurring quarterly or monthly service. We also offer referral discounts — refer a neighbor and you'll both receive $25 off your next cleaning.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For commercial accounts, we also offer invoicing with Net-30 payment terms. Payment is due at the time of service for residential customers unless prior arrangements have been made.
Absolutely! All our estimates are free and come with no obligation. For residential properties, we can often provide a quote over the phone or via email based on basic information about your home. We'll ask a few questions about your property, provide a quote, and find a time that works for your schedule. We typically have availability within 1-2 weeks for residential customers.
We serve the entire Twin Cities metro area including Burnsville, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Lakeville, Savage, Prior Lake, Apple Valley, Eagan, Woodbury, and surrounding communities. We're constantly expanding our service area — if you're not sure if we serve your location, just ask! Contact us for service area verification.
Life happens! We understand that plans change. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. There is no cancellation fee for residential jobs if you notify us before the 24-hour window. For commercial contracts, our cancellation policy is outlined in your service agreement.
Service time varies based on the size of your home and the services requested. An average single-family home (20-30 windows) takes approximately 1-2 hours for exterior-only cleaning and 2-4 hours for full interior and exterior cleaning. Multi-story homes, commercial properties, and properties requiring screen removal will take longer. We'll provide a time estimate when you book.
