2. Services and Estimates

Service Descriptions

Oriental Window Cleaners provides professional window cleaning and related exterior maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are free and non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the time of service, including but not limited to: excessive dirt buildup, hard water stains, accessibility issues, or damage to existing windows or fixtures.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments

Scheduled appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service. We will return and reclean affected areas at no additional charge.

6. Limitations of Liability

Property Damage

While we exercise reasonable care in performing our services, Oriental Window Cleaners shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or fixtures
• Damage resulting from faulty or aged window construction
• Damage caused by weather conditions
• Damage to items left in the work area
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Glass Breakage

In the event of accidental glass breakage during service, our liability is limited to the cost of replacement glass, not exceeding $100 per pane. Customers are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for high-value windows.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to windows and work areas
• Removing fragile or valuable items from window sills and work areas
• Informing us of any known issues with windows, frames, or accessibility
• Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
• Providing adequate parking and access for our vehicles and equipment

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Oriental Window Cleaners or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the website's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
